Life Coaching deals with individuals. Some specific
benefits include:
- Clarifying what you want from life – your
purpose and vision
- Setting more effective goals
- Having someone on “your side” to support
and encourage you on your journey of change.
- Having someone to keep you focused, challenge
you, keep you accountable and confront you from falling behind
on your commitments.
- Having a sounding board for your ideas, plans
and strategies.
- Working on personal relationships
- Identifying and strengthening skills
Most Life Coaching relationships run over a
period of three to six months. The sessions are held weekly, usually
by telephone, occasionally by email or in person. Sessions are generally
45 minutes in length, and run in cycles of three weeks on, one week
off.
