Participate in a one-on-one,
free trial coaching session. There is no charge. This session is crucial
to the entire coaching process. It determines the goals to be set
and establishes the coach-client relationship. Once this is done,
then decide whether Coaching is right for you. You have nothing
to lose and you have much to gain. There will never be a hard sell.
Programs differ based on the client. A typical
Life Coaching cycle consists of 12 weekly sessions, 3 weeks on, one
week off, of ¾ of an hour each, generally by phone, occasionally in
person. The client, with the coach’s assistance and feedback, determines
areas of concern, and establishes goals. The coach then maps out the
strategy required to achieve them. Action items are determined on
a weekly basis, progress is reviewed, concerns are addressed, while
always maintaining focus on the goals and their strategies. “Achievement”
is defined by the client.
